He's just in need of some grub and the right work - if he's not been broken or schooled correctly then he will look like that, it's muscles and ligaments that hold everything in the right place. Poor little thing doesn't look like he stands much of a chance, but there are a lot of people that go to buy good quality horses cheap in Ireland, they buy them looking like that and bring them on and sell them for a small fortune. You should have a look at some of Lynn Russell before and after pics!! think she gets most of hers looking ropey from Ireland

actually if you looked at the before and after pics of our donkey you would say the same thing, all she needed was feeding. first picture, no neck, no bum, emaciated, 2 years later, fat round strong.

i think actually he is typical of an undeveloped half starved tb.

poor horse looks very unhappy in his face , needs muscle tone and feeding, and hes a bit ewe necked. maybe his back needs doing too- the rider gives the impression of being a heavy rider- even tho position is ok ,one that doesnt hold thier own weight and sits heavy in the saddle, horse looks in discomfort to me
