anxioty (cant spell it)

i've been told to day that my pony is suffering with anxioty, (not depression). and to give her rock water, just wondering if anyone else has had this or knows anything about this, and could she have picked it up from me.

Rupert was very anxious but we have worked through it largely through lots of gentle handling and making all my movements around him slow and generally getting him to trust me more (I think he was always a sensitive pony but had been frightened by some of his previous owners). We tried some Parelli work and that seemed to work really well on getting him to relax and trust me..also lots of grooming etc.
