RIP lad - only 7 years old - and a fabulous NH horse

He fell at the second last in the RSA Chase and never got up

He had been leading all the way and just crumpled on landing :(

Poor boy RIP.

I have read that he could have had a seizure before he hit the ground. Apparently his legs were twitching whilst he was still in the air.

Hopefully he didnt know anything about it :(

I never watch horse racing especially if fences are involved. Horrible.

I love the spectacle and occasion of horse racing but things like this really take the edge off it for me. Unfortunately it's all too common, he was the 25th horse to die on a racecourse the UK so far this year :(

I think the Grand National should be banned. Way too many horses and large fences

I can't watch it and certainly don't bet on it.

Poor boy. RIP.
I do not like horse racing as too many falls and deaths. I am sorry.

RIP Poor boy, I do watch racing but not any with jumps its far to dangerous for the horses and riders , also the grand national i also feel it should be banned or the jumps not be as high or not as many horses in the race far to many horses are injuried and some die on the racecourse. Its not fair on the horses.
