Hello, all!
My vet have recently recommmended Farrier's Formula to help my young Paint's hoof development. His rear feet are in very poor condition. Has anyone ever used this product? I was wondering what your results were, if any. I was also wondering if I should give it to my 3 aged horses. Would it help them in any way?

Thanks for any replies in advance.:)

I use it for my sheltand who has cushing's & laminitis as it is reccommended by the Laminitis Trust, His feet are fine at the moment. I have a friend who uses it for her horse & I have seen a great improvement over the last year in her horses feet (they used to be badly cracked.) She has changed her farrier in the last year as well, so it's difficult to judge which made the most improvement!

all ponies at work are fed it, my farrier told me its a waste of money, biotin is the active ingreadent for hoof growth, and you can buy this for a few pound in tack shops. i feed biotin and seaweed

I've just started using it for my aged mare (recommended by farrier) as she has badly cracked hooves. As I have only been using it a week don't know if it works or not !
It's made by Equi Life and they have a website :- www.equilife.co.uk
