Saturday 5th June 2010!

Classes to suit everyone – come along and have a go, even if you have never done showing before!! Classes £5 each, enter on the day, rosettes to sixth place! This show is affiliated to the International Showing Society and is a qualifier for the Royal London Show 2010!!!!

Starts 9.30am:
Class 1: Best Rider/Combination 12 years and under (lead rein permitted)
Class 2: Best Rider/Combination 12 – 16 years
Class 3: Best Rider/Combination 17 years +
Ring championship for first and second placed competitors from classes 1 - 3
Class 4: Ridden Hunter
Class 5: Ridden Cob
Class 6: Riding Horse
Class 7: Show Hack
Class 8: Ridden Coloured
Class 9: Ridden Veteran
Class 10: Ridden Mountain and Moorland
Class 11: All-But-Perfect (open to all ponies and horses with blemishes)
Ring championship for first and second placed competitors from classes 4 - 11
Class 12: In-hand open 14.2hh and under
Class 13: In-hand open 14.3hh and over
Class 14: Young handler (handlers to be 16 years and under)
Ring championship for first and second placed competitors from classes 11 - 14

Followed by Supreme Championship for all
Ring Champions and Reserve Ring Champions

First, second and third placed horses/ponies in classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14 will qualify for the Champion of Britain Title classes to be held at the Royal London Show in 2010. Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Royal London Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the International Showing Society within 28 days of the qualifying show. RULES
-Hats to B.S must be worn at all times when mounted and for young handler classes.
-Stallions or colts must wear a white ribbon in the tail and/or a stallion disk and handler/rider must be 17 years +
-No refunds will be given on entries
-Please do not muck out horse boxes on the field!
-Please put litter in the bins provided.
-Middridge Meadows Livery Yard cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons, animals or property whilst at the show.
-Any accident or injury must be reported to the show secretary
-The judge’s decision is final any objections should be made in writing
within 30 minutes of the class ending with a £25 deposit (refundable if upheld).
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times

Entries can be emailed to middridgemeadows@aol.co.uk in advance - just pay on the day so no standing in queues!

At the request of potential competitors, class one will be split - lead rein and off lead rein - if there are sufficient entries :)
