Fly Sheet

You can make a pretty good fly sheet out of a old bedsheet, just get the sheet (Its size depends on that of the horse/pony) lay it out flat, put another horse rug on top, (That belongs to the animal you are making the sheet for) and cut around it, so you will have a perfect shape, and then just punch holes in the front, side, and back, for room for a piece of string to go around the belly, a piece of string to go around the backside, and a piece of string to go around his chest

Point taken, and heres me trying to sew and hem the whole thing.

Wow Salina thats a great idea!!! I was thinking of sewing one the complicated way but this way would be sooo much easier.... Thanks! (it would be great for a wool sheet to to put under my horses rainsheet) Just wondering but are you the Salina from tms? Im horse addict on there... ;)
