Heather - lead time on Thorowgood saddle?

I ordered a Throwogood HM saddle on 27th July (paying for it in full) from Hey Farm Saddlery. I'm still waiting to receive it and just wondered what the usual lead time is on them - I feel I'm being lead a bit of a merry-dance at the moment and aren't too pleased about it.

hello!

I think there is a bit of a delay on them at the moment. i ordered one last week from Cam Equestrian and was told it would take 21 days instead of the usual 10 to reach me. I suppose this must just be due to demand. Have you contacted the Saddlery to see what has happened to your order?

Heather is away at the moment buut I think she will be back towards the end of the week, maybe she can give you a proper answer then.

There have been trade weeks in Walsall for two weeks when nearly everyone shuts down for hols. I think this has been the cause. Keep me posted as to what is happening. Hey Farm is a good saddlery, owned by my frined Linda Collins, who phoned me only yesterday to remind me I had promised to take a clnic up there next year!

I picked up the saddle on Friday and guess what? too narrow - so back it went and I'll have to wait for the wide fit - I just hope it doesn't take 6 weeks to arrive! I spoke to Linda on Friday and she mentioned you were coming over this way next year - I'll be there !
