I need some good dressage excersizes to help my friends out, they want to practise and improve they're riding and horses skills...any good ones?

I don't normally ride dressage, but I know a good dressage skill you could do that's semi hard:

Serpintines! (I think that's how you spell it?)

It's like a figure eight, but add one more loop to it, to make three!

There are such a lot of exercises and they are all very good for one thing or other. To start with you could read the Riding Basis section of this site - the most important ones are explained there.

Silvia is right. There are so many exercises, and all of them with value. Any exercise involving bends will help, providing that the bends are executed correctly. Lots of transitions too, to help get the horse back on his hocks and up off the forehand.
