Hi Diane - totally dunce like on the geography front - are you any where near Norwich - if so there is a good yard called Pine Trees, that uses Portuguese based classical methods
Belle another NR used to work there and I know of Sue Barber the owner through the Luso breed Society.
BTW - good to see another classically minded artist on NR! (I have my own page on here)

Hi Larri,
Your geography isn't that bad although Norwich is too far from me, but right side of the country, so not bad at all!
Where's your page? I clicked your WWW box but it didn't work, something wrong with the link it said. I enjoy looking at equine art. Do you specialise in anything?

Hi Diane
if you look directly to the right of this message you should see a little box with my name on it! I've had problems with my own website - it was supposed to be renewed in May but the firm that I'd been using for the web management went boots up.
I do pretty much anything but specialise in Iberians.
I'll try and find out if there is anybody nearer to you on the classical / enlightened front, but I know that if you can get to norwich they run quite a few clinics and things there.

Hi Larri,
Found it at last DRRRR! You have to excuse me.
Lovely paintings, I love the Andulusion ones.(I can't spell but you know what I mean) I always enjoy looking at equestrian art.
Do you have your own horse/s?

OWWWWWWWWWWWW Heather, thats a shame. If you do train one in my area please let me know. I'm sure my horse is saying
"oh for heavens sake will you please find yourself a decent instructor and learn to ride me properly!"
I'm gonna go tell her it's your fault as you haven't trained anyone up round here!!:D

I used to ride at Lynch Farm in Peterborough. It has to be said though that
a) it's a riding school so perhaps not what you are looking for
b) although a good place I left about 2 years ago because I felt riding there was killing my confidence (even though i'd ridden there since age 6)
c) this was mainly because the owner/main instructor knows what he's doing - but he's quite stern, a bit scary and hence I began to find it was less than productive!
However, if you have your own horse - it may be different, I usually rode in a group and the few times I had private lessons (which were very few as I'm poor (!) so most of them were down to chance) I found that his 'scary' attitude, didn't bother me as much and I learnt a lot more.
Im afraid I don't really know of anywhere/anyone else I've heard to be good!

Hi Amy,
He sounds terrifying! Where do you ride now?
I'm really looking for a freelance instructor that will come out to me.
Thanks for your reply, I think I went to Lynch farm and it was shut the day I called, PHEW!! Is that the one near Ferry Meadows?
