Are these saddles adjustable for width? I have been offered one second hand but it is med fit although i am assured they can be adjusted as i need a narrow fit.

Is it a Thorowgood, Saddle Company or Barry Swain? The first and last can be adjusted once or twice. The Saddle Co HM can be adjusted as many times as required. Hope this helps.

On the subject I am toying with selling a Thorowgood HM dressage if anyone is interested. 17 inch Med fit.

as far as i know they are adjustable. if anyone is interested i have a wide fit 17.5inch for sale or to swap for a 17inch. oh and just a thought they come up very narrow, so a medium might fit.

thanks for your replies, i'm not sure if its a thorogood or b.s. so i will check. I am after a 17" GP, any ideas how much I should expect to pay. I cant seem to find any website with them on to check the price new.

A second hand HM Barry Swain will be around the £800 mark, if in good condition. The HM Thorowgood you can pick up around £150-200 again dependant on the condition.
