First lesson

I'm an novice and I need some tips on what I need to do in order to get an good balance and feeling with the horse for my first lesson at the riding school.

It's not a thread specifically, it's a part of this site. Look to the right side of your screen. There are a bunch of links near the top; "Kinder Way" is one of them. It's a terrific site.
