Any help you can offer me will be so much appreciated. When Bernard canters on the right lead we have no problems whatsoever. He canters into every corner beautifully. On the left lead, however, we have trouble.Brnard is very large and long and we cut in quite a bit, despite our best efforts.I was told that if I can get him up and under himself, it would help. Please advise ! What do I do as a rider to help him loosen up and feel comfortable around those turns.Thank you all for your help with this !

Horses, like people, are one-sided unless you deliberately work to make their muscles and coordination even on both sides. I have an article here:

Safi was terribley one sided and it took loads and loads of suppling in hand work and transitions to sort her out, worked in the end tho!
