Hi Vicki, for info on Bowen you could contact my site www.homestead.com/bowenireland (http://www.homestead.com/bowenireland) not much good for contacting therapists except in Ireland but there are some useful links which will give you the info you need. Bowen is originally for people but has been developed recently for horses and is just brilliant, so gentle and yet really effective. I've just treated a mare who injured herself a year ago, she was in such pain she was trembling and the vet had given up on her, the USPCA had been called in and her owner was in pieces. It took four treatments before I was satisfied with the results but you wouldnt believe it was the same horse. Thats just one, lots more minor miracles. There are not many practitioners but Jock Ruddock at www.bowen2000.com (http://www.bowen2000.com) teaches in UK for horses and people. E-mail me if you want more info.

I have heard of Bowen treatment and believe it is something to do with massage(?) of horses. is there anybody out there who knows exactly what it is, is it effective and where can I learn more about it?

Cheers
Vicki
