Melbourne, Australia!!! Help

I'm in melbourne. the northan part of the city.

I desperatly need a longe lesson as I am finding my self getting very tense at the canter and bracing in my stirrup. I cant rid without stirups on either of my horses. they are to crazy and to bouncy at the trot.

If anyone in melbourne knows of a place that gives lounge lessons within 1 - 1.5hr of the city. and can personally recomend them. Please tell me.
