I have an important question for you.

Kerry's discharge instructions from the RVC included to:

"Exercise as normal."

I am being such a woose (spelling). I cannot do this. I don't want to put a bit in her mouth at all!! Now I don't know anymore whether this is because I'm listening to her and understanding for a change, or whether I should just get on and do it!!!

It's such an unfair question for you - I'm very sorry indeed - but HELP!
