Is it just me or do you suffer from gluttinous beasties. Being positively rotund myself I spend a lot of time trying not to eat. I am surrounded by animals who are totally food orientated. The only sweets I can eat that the dog and cats don't like are marshmallows. The geese nag for rich tea biscuits, along with the sheep. As for nag she will eat anything she can get her mouth round and actually begs and squeaks. Ridiculous, this vast beast making silly little want noises.
New Year's Resolution - I will ignore this cacophony. Oh Yeah.! L

Unfortunately, we are all hardwired for it - the animal (human or otherwise) that eats the most wins!!
Of course - this assumes a long hard winter .... I think this is where nature miscalculated somewhat with me - come the holocaust I'll survive, dunno about those supermodels tho' - oh well no great loss ;)

Taffy is Horrible when it comes to food!!!! He will lunge, teeth gnashing ears back full throttle at anyone who tries to take his food. Hes VERY peevish too, whatever anyone else has he wants!!!!

Well my horse is dieting at the moment and I wish someone would put me on a diet and lock the pantry and the fridge until I lose a stone.;) I'm not sure the cats, dogs and horses appreciate my control over their waistlines. If the positions were reversed they probably wouldn't feed me for a week and I'd have to live off the plums on the tree and courgettes and beans in the garden!!
All the barbeques, wine and pavlovas over Xmas and New Year have not done me any good. It is so dammed hot to during the day that the only time I can ride or do any exercise is in the evening or early morning. So the pounds are happily settling around my waistline:p

:D :D You are right there! My horse has worked out that if she makes cute wee nicker sounds when anyone walks past, there is a very good chance that they will find it hard to resist giving her a treat! :D
