Can't get through to Heather - any ideas?

I have a place booked on the nervous rider's seminar on 20th Jan and need to talk to Heather about something to do with the course before I go. I emailed her 22/12/03 and have tried to phone her using the telephone number for customer services on her website, but the telephone just rings and rings and she has not replied to my email, does anyone have any other contact number for her? PM would probably be best.
