I have a Wintec changeable gullet saddle if thats what you mean? I think you can buy the extra wide gullet seperately, as ive seen them advertised in horse mags. The saddles are great, nice and comfy and easy to clean. My saddle came with the medium wide gullet and I bought the next one down but if you buy from your saddler they should come out and fit it for you. I paid £225 for just the saddle and then £15 for another gullet if thats any help to you? :)

I have a wintec wide and I really like it. It's a comfortable saddle, looks nice on and fatty has no objections (she's quite opinionated about her saddle :)). I tried one of the thorowgood cob saddles before the wintec wide and the wintec is way better. It stays in place well considering how round she is and I've even managed to get on from the ground (she was wearing a breastplate which helped a little) without problems.
The only thing I don't like about it are the silly little adjustable knee blocks, stupid little pieces of plastic with velcro to hold them in place but I think this is a general wintec feature rather than specific to this saddle.
The wintec wide comes with three different gullet plates included, the narrowest is an extra extra wide, which is what my little fatty is using. The widest one is really wide, like the saddle looks almost flat with it in. The extra wide and wide from the normal wintec saddles can also be used in a wintec wide.
If you are going to buy one have a look at www.equestrianclearance.com and save quite abit of money compared to what they cost in most tack shops. I payed 350 pounds for one with traditional flocking, CAIR ones were 400, but on the equestrian clearance web site they start at about 280. I've ordered stuff from them before and they are really good.-
