Oh joy, where has this device been all my life???

I was filled with trpidation about getting it on in time but felt much better when another lady was busy putting her own stirrups on.

It made such a difference, my fav exercise is now sitting trot with no stirrups, thanks Heather for getting me and my bum out of a rut, so to speak!!!!

Cate:))))))

I have to agree! Even a really awful saddle that causes everyone abrasions was comfortable ..... the only problem was that we haven't done sitting trot since I bought it!!!

Can't wait! Thing is I use my own stirrups and now the SBS .... perhaps I should just buy my own saddles(s) LOL.

Have to say, though, that I didn't find it bulky at all and DEFINITELY better than the sheepsking contraptions which I didn't like at all :D

Hey Lynne, keep going and you can eventually get your own horse!!! That's what I feel like as I gradually find excuses to buy stuff!! My latest is a headcollar, as driving to work last week there was a loose horse on the road and I had nothing to catch it with, you never know, it MIGHT happen again so I had better be prepared!!!!! LOL at us:))))) Cate.

Hi Hayley,

Sorry that you cant get on with the SBS- what sort of saddle do you ride in? Is it a very deep seated one? these are the only saddles that we have ever had any complaints about the SBS feeling bulky, and we have sold thousands in the twelve years they have been lon the market, with almost no complaints - I dont think that we have had more than four back in one year.

The pad is only 20mm thick, so really shouldnt feel bulky as it moulds to your shape once you sit on it.But not everything suits everybody!!-

Heather

Well I would never be without mine and a good many of my friends are the same.
Maybe its more a saddle issue?
