Is this shoulder right?

Would anyone say there was anything wrong with horses shoulder?

looks kinda like the neck and body are different, like a cut-and-shut, it's probally just the angle of the photo though, and because its blurry

I think it's just the angle of the photo. The horse is in the middle of twisting round to graze so the shoulder blade looks very prominent.
