my friends pony has a round almost like blister/ cut on her lip it wasnt there yesterday so dont know what happened but it looks sore what can you put on it with it being on her lip?

Sudocreme (nappy cream) will probably do the trick, or even vaseline just to keep the skin from splitting anymore.
