Heather's 3 day training seminar

Just wondered whether anyone from NR was going to Heather's training seminar 7th - 9th July? If so, I'll see you there :p

Just out of curiosity, does Heather teach advanced riders as well as novice riders?

I think an advanced rider will get just as much benefit from a simulator course with Heather, as a novice rider. I've found it very helpful to return for repeat sessions on the simulator, despite having been on a number of Heather's courses over the years.

And you'll get the chance to see Heather riding and schooling.

I went on Heathers 2 day Nervous riders seminar in January and I just loved it. There were people on my course like me at riding schools, and people that were retraining a racehorse, but we all really benefitted from the course and all learnt an enormous amount.

Casey - We didnt do any actual on horseback riding, just simulator riding, and as long as you can rise to the trot then you will be fine. I even went on the canter simulator and thats not something I can actually do on horseback as I cant take the movement.

Enjoy it - you'll have a great time. The pub where you meet for dinner each evening is great too - wonderful food!

Unfortuately due to having broken my sacrum I have to postpone ... I'm hoping to get a place on a course later in the year, or, if not, a refund (paid a couple of months ago). Just waiting to hear. Already paid (and lost) my accommodation deposit :(
