Sticky things on top of forums!

Mike,

Is there any chance of having a 'sticky' post at the top of the Cafe Area (As its the most used and popualr) with a Link to the Stolen Horse Register?

I feel it would help for people to see it there every day and it may encourage people to check it when they see a new horse arrive at a yard or in a field that was prevoiusly empty.

I cant imagine how devastated people feel when there horse is stolen but would like to help as much as I can. I think forums are in the best postition to help as they reach a large number of people all over the UK/World.

It is right, they are having 'issues' with the page at the moment I think, but is usually up and running ok.;)
