............. Think Like Your Horse - well it looks good so far!! I bought it today as well as some other horsey books (tut tut I know!) and I've just flicked through it - looks great :)

Anyone else read it or use his techniques? I notice he doesn't use a pressure/rope halter - ooh I can't wait till I can properly read this!

I have the book and really like it, though I find it a bit light on specifics compared to say Perfect Manners. He has however brought out a follow up book which is.

I really like his 50/50 non dominant / non alpha approach, and try to think along the same sort of lines if I have a problem. He really does work on the principal that the horse will cooperate if you give it the chance, though of course that doesn't mean letting it trample all over you.

I suspect you have to be as skilled with feel and body language as he is to really make it work though, especially with a difficult horse.

I really like Perfect Manners too Yann, it works really well.

i must steal my sisters perfect manners book, maybe i can persuade her to a switch between TLYH and PM :P
