British Dressage area festivals

My OH is doing one on the 15th August I believe. Not sure where, she tells me as we pull out of the yard.

I'm doing the Medium Open, Advanced Medium and PSG at the festivals. I'm actually qualified for the regionals but decided not to go as it was going to be over £300 just for entries, stabling and diesel with both horses going, plus everyone and his dog are going to the Northern regionals as Addington clashes with the Olympics :rolleyes: so they are combining a trip to the CDI with the regionals. Also being realisitc Tavia does not stand a chance in the Elementary open against all the big guns and I doubt Peri would fare much better in the AM and PSG. She was placed in the PSG last year but not many people are getting the scores for direct qualification so there are going to be some very good combinations there.

And after all that it will only cost me £35 for three festival classes at my home base -- no contest :D
