well me and april when show jumping last sunday and wasn't looking forward to it after our terrible dressage outing a couple of weeks ago!!
well shes finally decided that the new k french link bit is fine after all the tamtrums at the dressage etc..
i have finally hung my myler up and plan to stay in the kk from now on so i can pratice my dressage loads and not have to worry about changing the beloved myler[aprils] shes really fussy in her mouth.
well we finally got there as she decided to plant her self at the bottom of the trailer ramp for 45minutes before she when on,and she can't force her on as she kicks rears and has a huge tantrum and then will not go on at all so patiences is best with her something i never use to have.
well entered her in the intermiate class fences were 2ft9 with couple of new things a big red and white wall and loads of plastic flowers,but she never even blink at them bless her,
so there was 15 in my class and the ground was really slippy from the dew but when fairy slowly for us and when clear over the 10 fences brill was really pleased,
we when into the jump off with 5 others and did a steady clear round which i was really pleased with didn't want to push the ground as people wre slipping left right and centre.
then the results.......
we got 2nd was 4 secs slower then the winner so was really pleased
decided to leave it at that as my partner had golf comp so had to leave but really enjoyed it and it was a good run for april me my new car and refurnbished trailer.
plan to do a few more asap before the indoor stuff starts
