surgical colic

my horse is recovering from sugical colic she had a twisted bowel last summer. has anyone else experienced this and how has the horse got on?

Well, I've read about it many times before. I'm sure that if your horse had the surgery there's about an 80% chance she/he'll be right as rain in under a year.... Dont worry, keep your chin up, and everything should go well!
