Is that really a serious question??
I would have thought that there were a lot more sensible things you could teach her to do than rear. That is just asking for trouble and is a bit of a suicide mission. Sorry not what you wanted to hear really.

There are a variety of training resources here to teach your horse various tricks, including rearing on command:

The "Trickonometry" book by Carole Fletcher is a particularly good starter book, which starts you off with the "how to" of training a variety of basic tricks, although rearing is not in the starter book, because rearing is an advanced skill.
The rearing is in her Volume 6 follow-on VHS tape.

You may not want to teach this if you think there's a chance you might sell her one day. Most folks I know won't consider a horse who's been trained to rear - too much danger of that button being accidentally pushed by someone who's not prepared for the outcome!
For some reason, most of the horses around here who are trained to rear have been taught to do so at the command I would give for reinback. Anyone know why that is?
