The only one I recognise from your list is ivormectin. This can be bought branded as eqvalan or flurexel, both approx £9.50 per tube now. Moxidectin, which I believe is a form of ivormectin is the active ingredient in Equest which I believe is approx £12 per tube.
I think that panacur is bendazole based, but I never use it so I'm not sure. It used to be about £6 a tube, but is probably more now.
Where did you get your list from out of interest?

Zimectrin is the brand name of a product that has ivermectin as the active ingredient. It costs $10-12 dollars in central US, although I'm sure dollar figures aren't too useful for you. Moxidectrin is the active ingredient in Quest, and it costs $12-15. I am not sure about the prices on the others, but oxybendazole is an active ingredient, not a brand. I believe Rotectin 1 is ivermectin (same ingredient as Zimectrin & Equimectrin) but I am not sure what the ingredient in Rotectin 2 is. If you want US prices, check out the state line tack link horselover posted, although their prices are on the higher end. http://www.countrysupply.com will give you an idea of the cheaper end of pricing.
