Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am very new to showing, I have 2 shetlands one is registered and 1 is not. I am able to find lots of classes to enter my registered shetland in but not for the unregistered one. Would I be able to enter the unregistered one in Mountain and Moorland classes or do the same rules apply or are shetlands not eligable for Mountain and Moorland classes.
many thanks to anyone who can help

some shows will have classes for unregistered M&M, but the bigger ones will be restricted to registered animals only. shetlands are M&Ms though, so your registered one can go in mixed classes.
you can always ring the organiser and check, if it doesn't specify that animals must be registered.

most classes for mountain and moorland require that the animal is in a registered stud book..... occasionally they dont specify this and you can show an unregistered animal
