swollen leg?

I am posting on behalf if Zip_n_Prin who doesn't have the Internet right now. Her 19yr old Tenn Walkers front leg has been swollen for almost a week, there is no heat and she isn't lame. she has been cold hosing it. what could it be? what else to do?

Yes, after a week of cold hosing you can assume it doesn't work.
Maybe it's some kind of fluid retention?! :confused:

Time to call the vet...
