Qualtex Rugs- British brand... anybody ever heard of them

I need to get a waterproof sheet for Missy before winter and am watching one on Ebay that sounds like it would fit her.

But it says it's from England and a brand called "Qualtex".
Is that a fairly decent brand? I've never heard of it.

Thanks for the replies though! I did a Yahoo search and couldn't find anything so it seemed suspicious that this would be a major UK brand...
