clippers

MYy friend wants to know would the trimming clippers be suitable to trim a cobs legs,or would she need the proper clippers rather than trimmers?

I know they say not to, but I use my trimming clippers for everything! My little battery operated ones trimmed two and a half horses before they went blunt, but they never burnt out!

Maybe I've been lucky.. :)

I have a cob with hair like wire and we have to keep his feather short as he has bad mudfever. We use our little trimmers for it as there's less chance of catching his cuts and its easier to fiddle round them. They serve us well.
