today is absolutly the best day,
I went to a horse show today, my first day, it was a pleasure class, unfortunantly, there is a new fashion going on, hobbling the back legs and attaching the BIT to the hobble is all the rage. Another words the horse is trotting with very tiny hind leg work, and its so tight the horses have to trot with it's head betweeen it's front legs!!!
But that isn't the good part of the day, while i was their, i picked up some knowledge on shoes ;) a horse magazine, basicly some adds taped together...lol, and the best part of all, riding lessons! I'm going to start in the next week or so hopefully, barring reluctant parents etc.
To get the riding lessons, their is 13 stalls with my name on it...sigh, you can't win it all! But i'm good at grooming and cleaning stalls and stuff, and i actually like the work, and my (english) riding lessons are anywhere from 1 to 3 hours long...
