Saddlers Direct - Ayrshire

Hi, I'm after some long riding boots and was planning to go through to Ayrshire to Saddlers Direct to see what they have.

I'm in Edinburgh so is it worth travelling that distance or is there somewhere closer that is going to have a better selection for me? I'd be prepared to travel to the Borders and Fife too.

If anyone is in the area, some advice would be good, thanks.

are you looking for something specific or just a saddler ? I don't know that Edinburgh saddlers that well, but I know there's a Stirling saddlery - they moved out of the centre recently but still have an "Edinburgh" branch on the outskirts somewhere.

The advantage of finding somewhere local is that you can go back if there are any problems.

Of course, if the Equine Fair hadn't been cancelled :mad: that would have been ideal !
