One of my horses paws the ground when he eats. he stands there and lifts his hoof off the ground and paws the air and ground. Can anyone explain why he is doing this? Is it just natural or could there be something wrong? He does both front feet like that but it's mostly just the right, hardly ever the left. And I've noticed that my brother's colt is doing it too. Anyone know the reason?
