Does anyone know of where I can purchase a metal feed bucket? My one mare enjoys pulling on her plastic corner feeder and has been breaking them much too frequently! I haven't been able to find a catalog that has them.

Thanks!

I would not advise a metal feed bucket. The risk of injury to your horse, particularly from a handle is high. In the UK we use rubber feed buckets which the horse can stamp on and throw about to thier hearts content without damage or risk of injury and they are almost indistructable. Good luck with your eventing, hope it goes better than my first two!

Go for a rubber one...I use rubber water buckets and the small floor feeders and they are great! The horses can chomp on them and actually turn the floor feeders inside out and you can just pop them right again. And if you use them for water when it freezes you can stomp and smash them against something which is great therepy! LOL

Thanks!

Any suggestions on who carries them? All I can seem to find is the plastic ones.
