Hey! I'm new to the boards and just wanted to break in. I'm in Indiana, US. I've been riding for 2 1/2 yrs now. I don't own or lease. I only get to ride about once every 2 weeks, so even though I've been riding for a bit, I still consider myself a beginer by far. I've ridden arabs, qh, paints, saddlebreds and a belgian qh mix. My favorite by far, the qh's. I've also only ridden western. I would love to learn more about western riding. I only do western pleasure right now and would love to break into some more of the other areas of western. Well, hope to talk to you guys later and really get to know some of you!

Welcome to NR!

I've been riding since I was two or three years old. I'm fifteen now. You can do the math :)

I'm your original cowgirl right herr! I do rodeo (barrels, poles, and other speed events, although I want to get into calf roping.) Barrels are the best. They give you such an adrenaline rush.

I also took enlgish lessons, more or less along the lines of hunter/jumper, hunter over fences, that kind of stuff.
I worked on a western-based farm over the summer, but I start a new job (EXERSICING HORSES :)) on Sunday!

If you ever have any horse-related questions, feel free to email me at twiztedwishes@aol.com and I can help you. I'm pretty experienced in horses, so i'd love to help.

Hey!
Welcome to NR!! :D

I started riding when I was 9, stopped at 17 then started again in January aged 22. Haven't been for about 6 weeks because of going back to uni, had the mumps and now my work is trying to get out of giving me sick pay so I don't have enough money! :(

When I do have enough time & money I can only afford to ride once a fortnight too. I need to make friends with someone who has their own horse!;)

See you around,
Gail. x
