As Jayne (my feed supplier) was kind enough to drop off my 'good doer' for chubby - she'll start getting a feed from tomorrow - aren't I a nice mum eh? Although it will only be a small handful for her supplements!
Who else is feeding out there? And what are you feeding?

A *small* handful of chaff and 2 carrots for my chunky pony. He only gets the carrots because I'm having a nightmare trying to get him to eat a vitamin supplement...he won't touch any of them. The only thing I've found that he'll tolerate is equiflex...great for his joints but won't do the rest of him a lot of good!

I'm feeding and have been for a while. Kali is only 17 months old though and she is in at the moment due to injuries so that is the main reason. However, she will stay in from now on (she does go out in a small paddock in the day) so i will continue to feed.
You are very good to her

Fifi gets about 3/4 scoop of hifi - mainly to put her all purpose mineral supplements in (can't remember what kind). Plus she knows everyone else gets something and turns bright BRIGHT green if she has nowt . Sometimes she gets some bits of carrot/apple/etc in with it - although they seem to get nosed out of the way in the hunt for the supplement powder!
Would add she's not in work at the moment, although I'm not sure she'll get more feed when she is - how can she grow any kind of crest (it's really very didy, but even so.....) on hay and hifi

Bebe gets 1 scoop of good doer and 1.5 mugs of Baileys Lo-cal plus her magnesium supplement & a splash of cider vinegar. I split it into two very small feeds. I do this so she can have breakfast too, mostly so she'll come to the gate in the morning so I can check her rug.
I have a bag of Readigrass & Alfabeet on standby for when the grass dies off but no sign of that happening yet.

Milli has half a scoop of pasture mix for breakfast and the same for dinner, and adlib hay overnight to keep her occupied. If her paddock gets churned up so there's more mud than grass I'll up her feed and add supplements but so far she's fine. She's worked 4-5 times a week.

Gosh I sound quite harsh - giving nothing up until now - but she is out 24/7 and has had such a lot of grass!
And as she is only worked at the weekend, she doesn't need much!;)
