Well Pablo's massage is going really well, we have seen massive improvements rapidly - so I am very impressed (despite not being able to massage daily as the vet suggested).
Now on a mild day there is hardly any stiffness in the muscle at all (just a little tension initially which eases after a couple of minutes of massage), today it was bitterly cold and he only has a lightweight rug on at the moment, so it was quite stiff, and sore but nothing in comparison to how it was when we started a few weeks ago (when we first started it was rock hard and took 15 min of massage to reduce the tension at all, today it was tense but not solid and only took 5 min before being completely supple again). He has also started resting that hoof as he relaxes during the massage
So things are improving very fast and we are very happy :) Plus Pablo loves his massage and now can be caught anywhere anytime!!
His heavy Rambo will probably go on next weekend, depending on weather - so that should help to keep it warm and relaxed :)
