Flat footed? Hot heat

Hi, we are currently in a heat wave 42degree's celsius mostly every day which i think is 110 farenheight, ( I am in AUS), My new filly has flat feet as the farrier told us when he came over to look at a soreleg she had. Her feeta re always oiled and shod etc but any more tips about flat feet?
