Hi,
I'm currently in USA for work, and thought I'd stock up on some equine supplies while I'm here :).
Has anyone had any experience of Valley Vet (http://www.valleyvet.com)?
Or can anyone recommend an alternative supplier? I need them to be fairly efficient - delivery by the 28th at the absolute latest, preferably sooner.
thanks :)

Yes! Valley Vet is great.
Jeffers Equine is good too (and has some good deals).
I also used Country Supply before. Also very reasonable.

I have ordered things from Valley Vet too, they do fine and they get their orders out quick. I also order the most from State line tack. And their is country supply too.

I like Valley Vet too.
Others worth considering (depending on what you want, it can help to shop around):

If you mention what kinds of supplies, might be able to come up with a few more.

thanks everyone - just been looking at Jeffer's Equine, which looks promising :).
Galadriel - mainly after boots and reins, possibly a bit as well (currently thinking of the KK Ultra loose ring french link) :).
We've been recommended to get some Sport's Medicine Boots for Fifi, as her recently adjusted feet are making her a little prone to tendon/ligament problems at the moment. These (http://www.jeffersequine.com/ssc/product.asp?CID=1&mscssid=0F1MATEDD2FG8JNK01JEJKQJ64T2EW8B) are about £60 ($114) in the UK, or $56 here. As I'm going to save about 50% on the exchange rate, I'm more worried about reliability than absolute price :).
Also looking at magnetic boots for a horse with DJD, but I'm not too sure whether they would help and (if they would) what would be best (started a separate thread here (http://www.newrider.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45778)).
We're struggling to find any reins that are a decent length - in an ideal world we'd have plain black leather english reins, each side about 7 foot long, but I can't find them anywhere (at least, not anywhere were they give a length  ). At the moment I'm thinking of getting some Western reins then getting them modified when I get home if necessary - there's yet another thread here (http://www.newrider.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=45777) with a whole host more questions on that ;).

The link to Jeffers doesn't work (their site's a bit weird), but I'm guessing you were pointing to the Professional's Choice SMB's. There are actually 3 different SMB-type boots in their boot section for $55.95 to $56.95 :) That's probably as good a price as you're going to get on those.

I got all excited when I saw your post, Karin, but they didn't have them in the right size :(.
Oh well - KV Vets (thanks Galadriel ;)) had the boots, some covers (so we can turn her out without getting them totally filthy), didn't charge shipping and should deliver in 2 to 3 days so the deed is done :D
Oh - and they also had the Jelly Scrubbers that I remember Galadriel giving a glowing recomendation to so I got one of them as well. Fifi seems to dislike solid backed brushes - hopefully the Jelly Scrubber will be acceptable as a rubber curry come substitute :)
Thanks for all your help :D
