Just bought 2 pairs of these (the isolde pro and the isolde) for £55 and £35 respectively. How do the mountain horse breeches hold up... they look like really good quality and will match my high riders perfectly! woo hoo!

I've got a couple of pairs of Isolde Mountain horse breeches. One pair is brilliant and I have been wearing them at least twice a week for six months with very little wear. The stitching at the bottom of the zip has come a little loose but nothing serious. Unfortunately when I put the other pair on the waist fastening came off in my hand so not so good!
Overall though I'm very happy with them. They're comfy and quite hardwearing. Good value for money.
Hope this helps!

I have used a pair of Isolde breeches for probably about 8 months and they are dead comfy, good under half chaps and haven't worn at all. There was a bit of a thread hanging from the velcro but apart from that absolutely fine, until I got them snagged on a piece of wire:eek: . I now have a new pair of Isoldes!:D :D

I've got my eye on a pair of the Mountain Horse Mens Tristan Breeches and the good news is I've just heard I'm going to Rideaway tomorrow. :D

Does anyone know what the difference is between the Isolde and the Aurora breeches? Apart from the price? I put my beige jods on yesterday, haven't worn them for a while, and couldn't do them up at the front! Not good when your instructor wants you to practice your jumping position ("bum up a little higher... no no, stop and sort out your jods! Please!!!") lol :o
Also, are the pro versions any more sticky-bummed? Having trouble staying in leather saddles as I'm used to the Wintec fabric covered ones!
Thanks!
Rachel
