HELP! I thought my bit was 12.5cm but when i measured it was 14cm. But i can see where the extra 1.5cms comes from and was wondering if someone could just refresh me on measuring bits correctly :):o

You only measure the bit that goes in their mouth, so for exmaple on a snaffle you measure from the inner edge of the ring to the inner edge of the other ring, and not the full length of the bit.
Does that make sense? or did I make that needlessly complicated :o
