Posting basics

I'm new. I would like to know how to post a picture in my post and have one beside my name when I reply. Also, how do I put a tag line at the end of my post?

the picture by your name is a called an "avatar"

the avatar and any signature are set up in your "profile"

I haven't tried it yet in this new version of the software, but attaching a picture IN the message should just be a case of going down to "attach files" which is below the window you type in to....
