its been one of those days.

Went for a hack on Rhi along with Jen (popsicle) who took Nicoles Zeb. Rhi was very sluggish when we went out. Only time she seemed to come was when she was spooked. At one point I nearly lost my balance as she spooked forward and I slipped in my saddle.

Got back to the yard and we decided to take a rest. Rhi had a pot noodle much to Zebs disgust. She likes Chicken and Mushroom but not keen on Curry.

We then swapped horses adn went for a short hack. Mmmmmmmmm Rhi was going much faster and Zeb had slowed down. He tends to trot fast but oh not with me he did not. In fact if I had let him he would have sauntered home

The tonight I went to get Rhi in and hoped to get Kit so I could give him a little feed. Could not work out which shetland I needed as they are all black and scattered. Got one and found it was the wrong one :o When I managed tofind the one I wanted everytime I went to get him one of the other horses came running up my back with her ears back. Kit would walk away and I would go after him only to reach him to have the same horse come again. In the end I just left him :(

I think feeding anything (horse or human) pot noodle constitutes cruelty

I take it that you dont like Pot noodles :D Think Rhi would have mugged the poor kids if they did not let her have a try. Oh and she goes to the pub and has chips ond onion rings (without me)

In fact it made me rather hungry for Chicken curry and chips and a pot noodle. Mmmm wonder if you can guess which one I had :p

I know christy it was rotten. Can only tell them apart is that Kit is smaller which makes it fine if they are all together not seperate

well, admittedly, I did once confuse my OWN pony...when she was at the barn before I brought her to my school barn...she was turned out with a new horse, not her usual chestnut gelding boyfriend...well, er, kinda thought the gray/white horse in the field with the chestnut gelding was Kallie...it was also a gelding, turns out....ooops!!! :o  :D

Just remembered. When in the riding school my first horse was called Splodge. He belonged to one of the livery girls who had fallen and hurt her back. So to keep in going till she returned he was brought into the school. When she did return he moved and I lost him but only to find him when I went to see Copper to ride him. I was told I could ride him any time and one day I decided to bring him in. When I go thim to the yard one fo the girls said "Oh you got Mac to do" . To which I replied "No. It's Slodge", "Errrrr no its Mac" and she feell about laughing. I had to take him all the way back to the field. Mind you they were both similar :D
