Drummers mum

I took my 11 year old next door neighbour up to the stables to have a ride on Drummer yesterday, she is pony mad, has had a few lessons but doesn't get to go very often.
Drummer was very good with her although, soooooooooo cross. lol! Just look at his ears!?! He kept swishing his tail!
She wanted to trot but I had to run alongside, I think he would have just taken her home otherwise, lol! She wanted to go on her own but kids don't realise, hes not a riding school pony. She had ok control in walk and has quite a good seat (hard for her little legs in my treelss!) She had rein issues but at least in the bitless she couldn't jab him in the mouth! Her balance was a bit out in rising trot although she sat like glue!
