I've a friend who has a seatsaver for her western saddle. We can figure out how to attach it to the back but are having problems with the front. The sadle she has has a horsn on the front but we cant seem to find anywhere top attach the front straps to.

On most of the seat savers I have seen they either have 4 straps with velcro and you velcro each pair together round the swells (the part under the horn) or they can have one or two loop straps which you pass under the swells and hook over the horn to hold it in place.

Spoke to Elizabeth today and she has the saddle up for sale. Did forget to mention it to her though. It does look like one of Heathers although it does not have the Equitation stamp on it

My one is brown one side and black the other - and I'm pretty sure it does have the "brand" on it to say its an HM one.
The front straps go through the hole under the horn and then wrap round - one round each swell.
