I can't believe I was worried!! Pippa the instructor was brill!! I'm having one once a month now! Half an hour was plenty though, we were both shattered!!
She liked my bridle and my saddle and she loves the idea of barefoot!!
She really made me work Drummer hard. Lots of transitions to get him listening and she said I must ask once then tap him with the whip as he is winding me up and being lazy!! She also said I must concentrate on keeping him straight as he turns his head and looks about alot!
She said he was lovely though and had a really nice trot, really picking up his toes! :D
The BEST bit was cantering though. As you probably know we don't canter very well and true to form were awful today! So she got on him and she cantered a circle!! Wow! She said he is green and napping and not to worry about staying in the school but just to do big circles. So I got on and had a go and he did it :D She also said not to worry about how I looked just keep him going and stand in my stirrups so I don't hinder his back. :) I can't believe we did it! :D
