Hey all,

my other half and i are planning to open up a trail riding company in the near future and we where wondering if you guys have any idears on what type of legal bases we should cover, we having pudlic ilability for sure but we're not too sure about anything eles we should look at. Any other idear for what we should take into consideration both legal and otherwise would be a great help.

You might have people start to do things on the trail OTHER then ride. (Graffiti...) There are also a lot of dangerous things that could happen if a rider were to ride their horse at an uncontrollable pace. There is also the problem of litter, and campfires, which could start a fire. A few of these things depend on whether it is going to be a trail open to everyone or not.
I don't know all the legal terms for this, but these are some problems that you might need to prevent. :) :) :)

thanks for the input,

in concern to worrying about graffti and the like we are planning to keep the ride on our own place we're looking at buying about 150 to 200 acres or more depending on where we find the most sutiable areas and we may be useing other private properties around ours depending on how the owners react to us. the rides are going to be controled fairly well since we are hoping to keep it at smallish groups (max of maybe 15-20).
